Our methodology

Every business uses language differently. A law firm negotiating cross-border deals needs different skills from an engineering team writing technical specs. A startup pitching to international investors needs different preparation from a government ministry drafting policy.

That is why we have never used off-the-shelf coursebooks. Every programme we deliver is built from scratch around the sector, the team, and the goals of the organisation we are working with.

Qualified language professionals

Our teachers are formally qualified language professionals. They hold recognised teaching credentials such as CELTA, Trinity CertTESOL and DipTESOL, and each is a native speaker of the language they teach. Most bring a second background in finance or business, which is how we build programmes that speak the language of the meetings and reports your team actually deals with.

Our teachers keep their training current so the methods and materials in your programme reflect how business English is used in European workplaces today.
